Unbelievable!!

The recent NMCA Bradenton event really shocked the world.  The guy doing all the shocking was  Tony Bischoff who set the fastest pass ever made by an automatic transmission equipped car EVER!  Tony’s Pro 5.0 car ran a 6.37@222 mph!!!

Then it was unbelievable!! John Macaluso set the 2008 NMCA Drag Radial World Record 8.98@154 mph!!  

Just when we thought all the records for the Pro Systems carbureted cars was over  Jeff Colletta who is the current NMCA NPS Champion set the record in his class at 186 mph!!

That was an awesome event!!!

Thank you John, Tony and Jeff for using Pro-Systems carburetors as part of their winning combinations. 

Speaking of winning combinations, hopefully you got a chance to see Drag Race High on Speed TV (check out this months showcase).

The Mustang of East Hickman High School put a whooping on the Monza of Fairview High.  The Mustang team was an extremely well run operation and used the nitrous button only hard enough to do the job (despite making an 8 second pass when they had to).  8 seconds…wow…those are some meticulous and/or well taught high school kids that can build a car that will go that fast that reliably and consistent!!  Good Job East Hickman!

Marco Abruzzi was the man and took an Iron Man home this past weekend. Marco won the IHRA Top Dragster class at the Rockingham, NC National event. 

Abruzzi who is famous for building an awesome transmission, is apparently an awesome driver too.  Thanks for having us on board Marco.
