All items we manufacture, sell and calibrate for customer use is tested to be free from defects and workmanship prior to shipping from our facility and prior to customer installation. Warranty is limited, at our option, to the replacement, repair, or credit of the defective merchandise. The determination of all warranty claims will be at the sole discretion of Pro Systems. Warranty does not cover any direct or indirect costs, such as labor or damages, arising from the use of or lack of use of our products or parts.
All competition, High Performance and Racing Parts are sold “AS IS” without any expressed warranty or guarantee of exact fitment and will need fine tuned/calibrated for your application. All custom built carburetors and racing parts are non-returnable unless in a rare instance that these items are authorized for return 48 hours after delivery and are returned in new, unused and sellable condition.
Due to the infinite variables encountered in custom built engine and vehicle programs, Pro Systems employees and registered sales representatives can not make, nor do they make implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose/application. The entire risk as to quality, proper fitment and performance of such parts is the responsibility of the buyer. It is assumed that the buyer/end user is knowledgeable in the tuning of performance and racing components. These are custom built racing products and each customers program is unique and will require that the CUSTOMER has a skill level to tune and maintain the vehicle that is equal to or exceeds the vehicles design parameters and use.
Should such parts prove defective following their purchases, contact us directly to review the circumstance and make a determination to best remedy the situation.
Special order carburetors are not returnable for any reason.
We are committed to providing the best customer satisfaction possible. We will gladly refund or replace any defective components for up to one year.
We do not pay or reimburse the costs for shipping items to or from our facility.
We are a Florida based LLC. A 6.5% sales tax will be added to all Florida sales.
