One of the most hotly contested races isn’t on the racetrack at all. Its on the dyno. The 2006 Engine Masters Challenge is man against machine against man. This years winner used Pro Systems carburetion to come out on top.
The B.E.S. built 434 c.i. 10:1 compression, pump gas fed power plant achieved 720 ponies and 645 lbs of torque, that’s right, ON PUMP GAS! Hats off to the folks at B.E.S. for taking on all comers and grabbing the title.
Billy Glidden of Glidden Racing Engines used Pro Systems carburetion to set the world on fire by becoming the first small block powered 10.5 Outlaw car to run in the sixes. Billy grabbed the record by running a solid 6.971 @ 201.83 mph!
Speaking of fast small blocks, how about Scott Merkel of Merkel Racing Engines. His truck grabbed the record in NSCA Top Sportsman competition by using a pair of our custom built dominators to travel the quarter mile in 6.785 seconds!! Yeesh!! Go Scott!
Not to be outdone, Bruce Maichle used a single Pro Systems Dominator to show who the dominant force in NMCA Pro Stock is, he grabbed the record in that class at 8.720 seconds!!
Now for the most amazing wheel stand I’ve ever seen. This is Trick and Manswetos’ Pro Systems tunnel ram equipped Ford Capri out of Australia. Its the Fastest Street car in Australia. It possesses one more attribute, it has the craziest or the best driver in the world, you choose. Watch this wheel stand.
